We stayed a week and found ourselves well-placed for our needs - visits to Dartmoor and Exmoor, the north and south coasts and a couple of National Trust properties. Excellent meal at Frou-frou in Tiverton! Pond Cottage is a lovely place to come back to at the end of the day!Lovely hosts!

It was the most picturesque, homely place. We were made to feel so at home, when we arrived a log fire was already going, and we were a little later than expected so Renate unloaded our Morrisons food delivery for us which was so kind. The house was so clean, the gardens were so well kept the whole farm was just gorgeous and Renate gave us a tour too, as well as letting us roam freely - which we all loved especially my two children, 7years and 20months.. they loved being so free and feeding the geese, and exploring the gardens. We will definitely be returning. It was a perfect weekend.
