Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und praktisch, weil jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr nett und hat uns sowohl mit fehlenden Küchenutensilien, als auch mit Produkten aus der eigenen Produktion, sowie Ausflugstipps versorgt. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato per il periodo pasquale nell'"agritur nel verde" di Aldo e Loretta, ormai sono parecchi anni che veniamo a fare le ferie , anche estive, qua da loro e dire che ci troviamo bene è poco. Come da foto la casa esteticamente è molto bella e funzionale in quanto dispose di parcheggio privato e un ampio giardino con un barbecue per fare mangiate all'aperto nel periodo estivo. All'interno l'Agritur dispone di 4 stanze da letto tutte con bagno privato e questo secondo me è una cosa eccellente, e un salone /cucina grandissimo fornito di tutti gli elettrodomestici compresa la lavastoviglie molto apprezzata da mia moglie. Sembra scontato affermare che i proprietari sono cordialissimi e sempre disponili per qualsiasi esigenza e sempre pronti a suggerire eventuali itinerari da percorrere per chi ama avventurarsi in camminate lungo sentieri fra le montagne. Per concludere vorrei consigliare a tutti sia a chi vuole trascorrere le proprie ferie in tranquillità e relax ma, anche a chi vuole fare camminate, dal paese di Brez partono numerosi sentieri dai quali arrivare ai masi ove si può gustare i piatti tipici trentini.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und absolut unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet sehr guten Komfort. Die kleinen Wehwehchen wurden schon erwähnt und man kann sich darauf einstellen. Alles in allem gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Die Wohnung ist ziemlich neu und behindertengerecht. Sehr schöne Schlafzimmer mit je eigenem Bad. Umgebung ist ruhig und friedlich, aber nicht zentral. Ein Auto ist Pflicht. Die Vermieter sind nett und zuvorkommend. Leider dürfen sie erst ab 1. Oktober heizen, dadurch war die Wohnung sehr kühl, wenn nicht kalt. Die Küche ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, aber Weingläser habe ich schon vermisst. Die Bratpfannen dürften auch mal erneuert werden. Kein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa vorhanden. Dafür ist die Wohnküche mit grossem Tisch und TV der Treffpunkt. Im Sommer wahrscheinlich mehr zu empfehlen, wenn auch die Terrasse mit Grill benutzt werden kann.

Uns hat der Urlaub bei bei Familie Menghini in Brez sehr gut gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Alles macht einen neuwertigen und sehr sauberen Eindruck. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch unser kleiner Enkel hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Gleich gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es einen Spielplatz. Nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt beginnen sehr schöne Wanderwege. Gern empfehlen wir diese schöne Unterkunft weiter.

Ormai siamo quasi di famiglia, all'Agritur nel Verde. E' una piacevole abitudine tornare in questi luoghi e soggiornare a Traversara da Loretta e Aldo. La struttura è stupenda, il massimo che ci si possa aspettare: nuova, tenuta perfettamente, pulitissima, ben organizzata e accogliente. La posizione è perfetta, ci sono miriade di possibilità di gite e divertimenti. L'accoglienza è imparagonabile, ci si sente subito a casa propria. Non posso che consigliare a tutti un soggiorno in questa struttura.

Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche bei der Fam. Aldo Menghini. Wir waren mit 8 Personen in der Ferienwohnung untergebracht, und hatten einen angehnemen Aufenthalt. Die ganze Familie Aldo Menghini war sehr freundlich und hilfsberiet. Ein besonderer Vorteil ist, das alle Zimmer mit Dusch/WC ausgestattet sind, was bei 8 Personen sehr Vorteilhaft war, auch die größe der Zimmer ist absolut top. ( Sehr schöne Zimmer ) Im Garten, mit seinem großen Freisitz, kann man die Sommerabende wunderbar genießen. Bei der Ausstattung der Küche sei erwähnt, das die Kaffeemaschiene zu klein ist. ( selbst bei wenigeren Leute ). Und etwas mehr Besteck wäre gut gewesen. WiFi war leider nur in der Küche vorhanden. ( Aber man kann sich damit arrangieren ) Alles zusammen, darf man sagen die Ferienwohnung ist toll und zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Fam. Aldo Menghini

Das Haus ist wunderschön am Hang gelegen in ruhiger Lage. Aktuell ist daneben noch ein Haus im Bau, das logischerweise zu den Arbeitszeiten etwas Lärm macht, was uns aber nicht gestört hatte, da wir tagsüber eh nicht da waren. Alles ist top renoviert und schön in Holz gehalten. Das jedes Zimmer ein Bad und sogar einen kleinen Zusatzkühlschrank hat, ist wirklich angenehm. Was allerdings erst bei der Ankunft auffiel ist, dass kein Wohnzimmer vorhanden ist, weswegen es vermutlich auch als Unterkunft und nicht als Wohnung zählt. Die Küche dient damit eben als Aufenthaltsraum. Ich rechne diese Tatsache aber nicht der Wohnung zu, weil dadurch eben auch die Bäder vorhanden sind. Gasgrill mit Sitzbereich ist ebenfalls schön und die super netten Vermieter helfen wo es geht, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten und geben viele Tipps und Ratschläge.

Alle Zimmer haben ein eigenes Bad und sind mit schönen Holzmöbeln ausgestattet. Ein Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon. Sehr gut für Kinder geeignet. Ein öffentlicher Spielplatz ist gegenüber dem Haus vorhanden. Ansonsten gibt es eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Geschirr und Kochutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden. Was fehlt ist ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer oder ein Sofa wo sich alle Abends gemütlich treffen können. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
