1. 人：由80多歲的老闆娘及她的女兒共同營運。親切且專業，因為是函館當地人，對在地情報可以說知之甚詳。 2. 房間：太棒了。 3. 地點：JR函館，走路五分鐘就會到（如果是拿著行李，10分鐘內會到）。
浴室吧。因為是傳統旅館，跟周遭的連鎖飯店不同，浴室是共用的，尖峰時刻要洗澡就要排隊。同時出門時鑰匙要給老闆娘或她女兒保管，如果太早出門或太晚回來，會擔心吵到她們。但，這些都是小問題。整體住宿體驗真的非常優秀。

Good location close to Hakodate station, nice staff, outlet close to bed.
Only one toilet and bathroom for all guests. Only one hand towel to dry hands with. Hair in the bathtub despite having to reserve the tub ahead of time. Spotty wifi that wouldn't connect to my device more often than not.
