For you, a spacious 210m² country house, typical of Dauphiné, on the heights of La Côte Saint André. Very nice view of the Chambarans and the Vercors Chain, south orientation.
On the ground floor, a large living room, a dining room, toilets and a large kitchen.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms for 14 comfortable beds: 2 bedrooms with mezzanine sleeping 8, WC in the hallway, a library-office with 2 beds, a master suite sleeps 2 and mezzanine sleeps 2 plus a shower , WC and balcony. Another bathroom with shower and bath.
