independent seaside villa with private pool, in a quiet location just 10 meters from the sea, two bedrooms with four beds bed, The pool is circondatanto from grass can be used sunbeds that are available. Shower and bathroom outside in a shady wooden gazebo for outdoor dining. TWO provide for pizzeriamaurix one small and one large. The villa has a beautiful lighting.

This villa with private swimming pool is the perfect holiday home. Well equipped with superb mulitple outside living areas. Angelo and Anna-Marie are exceptional hosts especially when Angelo comes to clean the pool often bringing a gift of local wine and cakes. The villa is well situated for the beach, however, need to be mindful that Casalabate is a seasonal holiday village so out of season there us little open in the way of bars and restaurants during the week. Highly recommended for a holuday home in Puglia.

We have the most amazing time on our first visit to this area. Angela & Ann Marie were fabulous and attentive hosts, we have the time of our lives and feel privileged to have been given the opportunity to stay in their home.
We would love to come back and visit again.

We enjoyed the beautiful holiday home of Angelo and Anna-Maria very much. They are great hosts. The garden and pool are beautiful, have privacy and allow a lazy and relaxing holiday. The house has all facilities you may or will need.
We fell in love with Puglia after visiting beautiful cities like Lecce (medieval atmosphere), Alberobello & Locorotondo (Trulli's) and especially Matera (Sassi) and enjoying the landscape with Olive trees, Wine yards and the coastal road from Otranto to Leuca. But don't forget to visit the great sandy beaches of Gallipoli and Porto Cesaro.
We sure will go back to this beautiful holiday home.

Angelo and Anna Maria were excellent hosts and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The Villa was cosy and welcoming. Angelo cleaned the pool every 2 or 3 days and always came bearing gifts, mostly cakes and bottles of wine! The villa is not suitable for young children as the pool has not got a ladder or steps to get in and out of.
The local supermarket is fine for everyday needs but a trip to the larger supermarkets in nearby Sqinzano is recommended for the larger shop,
The Villa is well situated for exploring the Lecce area and is only a 25 minute drive from the nearby Brindisi airport.
