المبنى بشكل عام يحتاج لتجديد مثل الحمامات ، سخان الماء في الحمام بسرعة يخلص

Clean and nice place. Good size rooms. Well maintained rooms.
No washing machine, no dryer, no iron and no iron board till you ask for it. No balcony. No locker. All electrical.appliances needs replacements. The iron was replaced twice, the washing machine replaced twice. AC was leaking water inside the room.
