It’s ok but a bit overpriced based on the room condition

Close to the archeological site. Only less than 20min by foot. One of the employee was very good in explaining how to get to the site by foot which had better route than google maps. Also, gave details where to eat and how to reach bus station safely by foot. Room was clean

It’s pretty old room, with old furniture. The mattress was very bad in my room, so it was hard to sleep. Overall, the hotel it’s ok but I don’t think it’s worth the money I paid

Habitacion limpia amplia y excelnte confor

Lugar céntrico donde puedes salir a cualquier lado a caminar, una ciudad muy tranquila. El lugar muy cómodo para descansar, el espacio es amplio y cuenta con lo indispensable en la habitación. Habitación limpia toallas limpias impecable el lugar.

Hotel excelente servicio, está en un lugar céntrico de la ciudad. Tiene variedad de precio de las habitaciones, cualquier detalle que tenga la habitación personal del mismo hotel se encarga de solucionarlo. Mayor parte del hotel está en excelentes condiciones y su personal excelente servicio.

Pagué una habitación doble y me dieron una sencilla. En el baño había un letrero indicado la tardanza para el agua caliente, que en efecto si se tardó. El olor de la habitación era encerrado. LLegué cansada y lo que más quiere uno es un cuarto impecable y agua caliente inmediata.

Descanso y pulcritud

La atención en recepción es increíble, muy limpia y espaciosa la recamara. Cuentan con elevador lo cual es un gran plus si requieres de ese servicio.

Puede haber sido tema mio, pero se me complico mucho encender el televisor, nunca lo logramos, pero seguramente recepción me hubiera ayudado.

Inn Express Tula una mala decision

Ubicación

El trato del personal, muy mal servicio. El elevador no funciona, estaba practicamente vacío el hotel y me dieron una habitación en el tercer piso. Problemas con el agua caliente, cuando lo reporte al encargado me reclamo porque no se lo había dicho al compañero del turno anterior.

La cercanía al centro de Tula, las habitaciones son fáciles de identificar sin andar dando tantas vueltas por el edificio

Es un hotelito básico, pocos servicios. En la mañana que quería hacer el check out no ví por ningún lado al personal de recepción. Sin embargo considero que si hay detalles que se pueden mejorar.
