About this chalet rental
This spacious house is perfect for 10-12 people (capacity for a large family). It is possible to house up to 18 people in the Cala Sahona property with a 1-hectare pine forest. It offers 300 m2 of living space and 300 m2 porch / terraces.
It includes a main house with two en-suite bedrooms (1 double room and another triple room), two bungalows with capacity for 5 and 6 people respectively (double room, triple / quadruple rooms, and bathroom), and a separate bathroom on the porch (this can be used for the house keeping). It can therefore independently accommodate 3 families.
There are spacious porches with large tables with up to 20 place settings and ample relaxation areas.

Prices: € 900 / day in April and May, € 1150 / day June-September inclusive; special promotion if you stay for an entire month. The rate includes daily cleaning, pool maintenance, towel and bed linen change. These prices are for up to 12 people, we charge an extra € 100 for more than 12 guests per person per night.

La casa es increíble. Hemos pasado unos días en junio toda la familia para celebrar nuestra boda en la isla y hemos estado muy a gusto. La casa está impecable, cuidada al detalle y la finca, porches y piscina son una maravilla. 100% recomendable.

Hace unos meses busque una casa para unos clientes que se casaban en la isla. Por las cualidades está casa era perfecta.
Si te enamoras de la isla nada mas pisarla, con está casa es un flechazo. Es preciosa,autentica y muy tranquila.
La propietaria de la casa Alicia nos mantuvo informadas en todo momento y ayudándonos a en todo lo que necesitábamos. La gobernanta Adela te atenderá con la mejor sonrisa y te pondrá facilidades para todo lo que necesites de la casa. Atendió la casa de maravilla para que todo estuviese al gusto de nuestros clientes.
Necesitaba algo de confianza y profesional,no fallaron en ningún momento. Lo tendré en cuenta para otros clientes sin duda!!.
