Eu adorei, café da manha com pao frances Caseiro, geleia caseira, foi Muito bom. Tive crêpes bretonnes da França tambem !

Esse lugar não é uma pousada/hotel tradicional; trata-se duma experiência! Aqui tudo é pensado para conviver com a natureza. Eu fiquei na suíte Jangada; cama e enxoval excelente, limpeza nota 10, quarto bem pensado, distribuído e ventilado, amei o banheiro, a concha como registro, muitos detalhes fofinhos. Esse quarto (não são todos do que eu entendi) possui ar-condicionado e chuveiro quente compensado por paneis solares para reduzir o impacto com meio-ambiente. Gostei muito desse envolvimento com a preservação dos recursos naturais. Visitamos o jardim incrível que a Dona Delphine desenvolveu a longo dos anos. Frutas, vegetais, arvores, galinhas, até tartarugas fofinhas tem… um oásis no meio do Ceara.
Infelizmente foi somente uma tarde, um jantar delicioso e uma noite no caminho de volta para casa, mas com certeza voltaremos para ficar uns dias.
