Exceptional location. Private, comfortable...I always feel at home here ;)
I had a cold shower but I know there is hot water, I will ask how to get hot water next time...Also it would be nice if we had a rack in the shower to place our toiletries.

The night staff are awesome. English and Spanish speaking. The only hostal in the city at a lower price point with an actual functioning kitchen. The building is very secure
The location at night is definitely a pass with care area. Definately buddy system is a good rule of thumb after dark here.

The location was good and access in and out easy. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Plenty of hot water (but low water pressure) and the wi-fi was good.
It's a cheap place so you get what you pay for. The bed wasn't comfortable., the room small and bare. Had to ask for toilet paper and a rowel, which were provided. No soap or shampoo, but I travel with those. Don't leave any food out, esp. anything sweet, or the ants will find it quickly. Didn't see any cockroaches or other creepy crawlies, though, though.
