- Очень жесткий матрас - Уставшая мебель и ремонт требует обновления - Тонкие стены - сильно слышно соседей

Location good. Across rhe road from the beach.

Pretty much everything. Room was tiny. I booked for 4 people - the ages of my children didn’t come up on my booking so when we arrived (after travelling for several hours) they said we had to pay an extra 300,000 VD per night for the two children, nearly doubling the price of the booking. I had to ask for two extra towels each day. The staff very unhelpful and I found them very rude Did not give us any info at all about the area. Wouldn’t allow me to fill up my water bottle despite having a fountain in reception. No water at all provided. Beds hard and very noisy. Bad quality overall. No hanging racks in the whole room, even in the bathroom so asked for some coat hangers to hang wet towels, bathers from beach etc. The lady on reception was so rude to me, told me I wasn’t allowed to do washing in my room. I explained there is nowhere to even hang towels let alone anything else. She first said no and when I demanded i needed some I received 4 hangers only. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend to anyone. Customer service wouldn’t go astray. Not good value for money at all. For the price we paid we should have been in luxury. Been traveling in Vietnam 4 weeks and this was the worst place we stayed at by far. Spend your money elsewhere.
