Facing a busy road, leaking roof, no internet in the room, very cold lobby, dark and wet and slippery corridor, don’t know what to say about the breakfast

Close to the city center. Very simple but includes breakfast. I arrived early in the morning after a night bus, and they kindly let me check in right away. When I asked to change my reservation dates, they accepted it without any problem. They stored my luggage while I was on a two-day Colca Canyon tour.
The WiFi is very weak and extremely unstable. It’s not just slow—it often disconnects several times a day. Honestly, it’s better to assume there’s no internet at all. In this day and age, that’s a major drawback. You need to ring the bell every time to enter the building, which can be a bit annoying.

Room was simple but perfect for us. Great location, a short walk to the main square. Had free coca tea and an egg with breakfast, in addition to the usual. The staff were amazing, they booked our colca canyon tour last minute for us, stored our bags securely for free and they greatly assisted us when we forgot something on the tour bus.

It was comfortable. I was only for a couple of hours because my flight was unfortunately delayed.
Friendly staff but they might improve the quality of the service.
