Quiet environment with a tangerine plantation next to it.

We booked 5 rooms - 3 King Rooms and 2 Deluxe Twin Rooms but all the room configuration were not correct. Couple of rooms have 3 beds which cluttered the room, leaving coffee table/chairs being placed outside wardrobe which can't be opened. Had a bit of communication issues with staff at front desk due to language. Did not manage to change rooms but we accepted it since we only needed a place to sleep for 2 nights.

Spacious and clean! Rooms were slightly dated but well maintained. Cleaning service was good.

In-room wifi was tricky to get, and staff at the counter spoke little English

Minimalist and clean room with balcony. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Surrounding were quiet. Water pressure in the shower was adequately strong.

Could pay more attention to common corridor cleanliness. (Multiple)Small towels provided for drying your body but that's may be part of the korean culture. No washing machine/laundry service.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable, wifi, cable tv and bathroom all very good.

Reception welcome was off-putting telling me to come back because I was apparently too early for check in. This was despite the apparent low guest numbers. Staff did not speak English and one receptionist did not make foreigners feel welcomed. The shared restaurant area and complimentary coffee facilities was unattended and out of use. It is a little out of the way to nearest facilities although it is on the main through road. I had requested a quiet room and was placed in a room overlooking the busy ( and at times, noisy, highway). This is a comfortable hotel likely impacted by Covid-19 restrictions.
