About this villa rental
Villa Lilia is a luxurious house located within the "garden of olive trees" (jnane zeitoun) domain, 15 minutes from the center of Marrakech, in a quiet area. The 270 m² villa is offered exclusively, for a private stay, with house staff: caretaker, maid, swimming pool / gardener. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people with its 4 magnificent bedrooms each equipped with a double bed (separable) and a bathroom with toilet. You can have baby equipment (bed, high chair, bed rails) and an extra bed. A large living room with fireplace, dining room, TV / video corner (French and international channels), Moroccan lounge, equipped kitchen and laundry room. All parts of the villa are air conditioned.
You can take advantage of the Villa's private swimming pool (11 x 4 m) fenced for the safety of the little ones, in a wooded garden (palm trees / date, olive, fig, lemon tree ...) maintained all year round . Also in the garden facing the swimming pool, a Berber tent with the comfort of a living room (sofas, garden tables and chairs, fogger, ping-pong table ...).

The area, whose access is secure 24/7, is located very close to the American school in Marrakech, directly accessible from the road (no track), 15 minutes from Guéliz or the medina and the Place Jemaa-El-Fna, 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes by car from the prestigious golf courses (Royal golf, Amelkis golf ...).
Whether your stay is focused on rest, relaxation, golf, the mountains ... You will be delighted to find your villa Lilia in the heart of a calm and preserved environment.
We advise you to have a vehicle for more freedom in your movements between the city and the villa.

We had an amazing stay of 13 nights at this beautiful villa. Everything we required was there, and everything was exactly as expected. The villa is spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. The secured gate around the pool was fantastic for peace of mind, especially for families.The hosts were wonderful, and the on-site staff took great care of us throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider returning in the future. Highly recommended!

We are a family of 9 who stayed at the Villa for 10 days in August. It was the perfect space for our needs, large house, shaded gated pool, fabulous Berber seating outside where we are our lunches, and we’ll air-conditioned spacious interior. Mohammed the caretaker and Fatima the maid were extremely helpful and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Farhan for accommodating all of our needs to enable a fabulous holiday.

This property was amazing in every aspect, the host was very helpful, it was clean, and catered for all needs. It’s a very private villa where you and your family can enjoy your stay without having anyone over looking your privacy. We will definitely come again and recommend it to all.
