About this house rental
Rent an idyllic summerhouse behind a beautiful haubarg, own to drive and park. The summer house was built in 2016.
in a beautiful nature reserve and within striking distance of the beach and sea.
The house is fully independent with room and patio doors to private deck, watching on one hand from the garden flat lands and on the other side of the house on the dunes.
The house has an open kitchen, with English falcon cooker. and is equipped with heating.
by means of a staircase, you enter the second sleeping quarters of which 1 is provided with the second bed the other has a pair of first persoond beds.
The house is in a very quiet area, between Alkmaar and texel on the North Holland coast.

A lovingly and very well-equipped house in a beautiful, quiet area. Everything you need is there or very easily accessible. Seraphien and Nico are wonderful hosts and are happy to help in any way they can. Tip: The sunset from the house is fantastic,but the experience on the beach is unbeatably beautiful.

Wir (Familie mit einem kleinen Kind) eine tolle Zeit in dem Ferienhaus gehabt.
Die beiden Gastgeber waren super nett und haben und mit selbstgebackenem Brot, Marmelade, Butter und Eiern empfangen.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Das Haus liegt auf dem großen Grundstück, separat im Garten eines prächtigen rietgedeckten, traditionellen Bauernhauses. Natur bis vor die Tür. Davor ein supergepflegtes, kleines Gartenareal mit hübschen Rosen. Ungestörte Ruhe, Erholungsschlaf ist sicher. Eine überdachte Terrasse mit stimmungsvoller Beleuchtung bis in den späten Abend und herrliche Ausblicke in die ländliche Umgebung. Das Ferienhaus ist im maritimen Stil hochwertig, modern und sehr geschmackvoll mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ein bestens ausgestatteter Küchenbereich, in dem es an Nichts fehlt. Die Realität hält, was die Bilder versprechen. Im Obergeschoß finden sich schöne helle Schlafräume mit bequemen Betten. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung bieten sich viele Ausflüge in interessante Städtchen und natürliche an die tollen Strände der Umgebung.
Bei der Ankunft wurden wir durch die sympathischen Vermieter sehr herzlich mit einer Erstausstattung von selbstgebackenem Brot, dazu Marmelade, Butter und frischen Eiern für den Start in den ersten Morgen empfangen.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
