Enjoy a stylish, cozy, modern 2 bed apartment just a few minutes walk from St. Peters' and the Vatican museums. The apartment is located in a charming 1920s building in the Prati area - a district built 100 years ago - and is perfect for families of up to 5 or for two couples. Close to public transport (Metro Ottaviano or Cipro-Musei Vaticani) and a vast and varied shopping district of the city.
The apartment is located on the third floor (elevator from the first floor), completely renovated with a modern feel. It has a large entrance and a living room with sofa, TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso). Two bedrooms, both with double beds (in the master room there is a rollaway bed, if needed). Two bathrooms with shower, one of which is indoor to the smaller bedroom.

Un appartement agréable et très bien placé pour découvrir Rome. Le quartier offre tout ce qu'il faut pour se nourrir aussi bien en commerces qu'en restaurants. Proximité aussi des moyens de transport.
Propriétaire charmant et de bons conseils.
Le petit bémol, c'est le bruit de la rue...mais on est en ville...
Nous conseillons vivement cet appartement.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl im Appartment gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Antonio hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Appartment liegt nur wenige Meter vom Vatikan entfernt. Für unseren nächsten Rom-Aufenthalt kommt diese Wohnung für uns auf jeden Fall wieder in Frage. Vielen Dank an Antonio.

Inmueble en condiciones aceptables. El atrio remozado. Ascensor antiguo, pero correcto.
Aposentos adecuados a su finalidad y servicios (cocina, salón, aseos...) notables. Para recomendar.

Für Stadtbesichtigungen sehr gut gelegene und sehr gut ausgestattete, gepflegte und schöne Ferienwohnung. Sehr schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt zu dem Vermieter. Fußläufig befinden sich Restaurants, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke und Metro.
