About this apartment rental
Comfortable apartment (110 m2) in a small villa built in the 1970s situated in the hills of Chianti, about 5 km from Poggibonsi, halfway between Florence and Siena. The most beautiful villages of the Chianti like Castellina and Radda in Chianti or the village of San Gimignano with its famous towers can be reached in half an hour by car. The area around the house is full of oaks, cypresses and vineyards. The location is amazing and the view extends for miles of greenery with beautiful ancient towers, farms and churches. The owner lives in the other apartment on the first floor and shares with the guests a large fenced-in natural lawn with children's games and the parking. At exclusive use of the guests there is the floodlit swimming pool (13x7 depth. 1.2-2.4 m) (04/05-12/10) heated with solar panels and with shower, jacuzzi bath (for 5 people), a gazebo equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a built in barbecue. Included in the price baby bed and internet wi-fi. Central heating. Parking on the premises.
PLEASE NOTE: There is one calm dog in an enclosed area situated on the opposite part of the garden.ACCOMMODATION: Basement floor (height 2,5 m accessed by going down 8 steps): living/dining room with fireplace, wood burning oven and with kitchen corner (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. All the rooms have windows high above the floor.LOCATION: 5 km Poggibonsi (all kinds of shops), 13 km Castellina in Chianti, 16 km San Gimignano, 38 km Siena, 45 km Florence.
Final cleaning per booking. In cash 80.00 Euro
Heating (from November to April) due only if used, per week 40.00 Euro
