Comfortable, very good location, easily accesible to transport and malls. Condo facilities includes swimming pool, play ground for kids....gym..bridge /.walk way to sm North edsa...also near trinoma supermall and all transport....(MRT/jeepney, bus, taxi, etc.)
Nearby area ...you will be spoilt for choices from fine dining to a large food hall...groceries, cinema...and endless shops.....
Location is the best part,of this unit as you will be near everything.

The condo was close to Veterans Golf Course which I usually play at, this is why I choose the location, it was a only a 20 minute walk away. Another plus was there was a pedestrian walking bridge from the condo to the SM Mall, a 5 minute walk. Convenient for eating out. The host was easy to get a hold of when I had questions or when something minor that needed to be taken are of to make my stay comfortable.

Rommel, the owner of Grass Residence condo has been the best host I've encountered. It feels like home.
Clean place, very organized, every thing you need to make my stay comfortable. Close to the amenities and just across one of the largest department store - SM, reataurant and groceries are just walking distance.
Ecellent choice! Highly recommended!
