    am contacting you regarding my confirmed reservation at Hotel Chateau de Ville, Marmaris, Türkiye, reservation ID 1762130579, for September 4–7, 2026. Unfortunately, the actual condition of the hotel and the room is significantly different from what was represented when I made the reservation. The room is in extremely poor condition and does not provide the basic facilities and standard that a guest would reasonably expect. In particular: The room is extremely poor and uncomfortable. The hotel does not have a proper lobby/common area as expected. The room has very limited basic facilities. The walls between the rooms appear to be made of very thin material/partitioning, and normal conversations and sounds from the neighboring room can be clearly heard. The overall condition and standard of the property are not consistent with the impression provided when booking. I have already contacted the hotel, but the hotel has refused to refund my money. I therefore request Agoda to urgently investigate this matter and provide one of the following solutions: A full refund of my reservation, or Relocation to a suitable hotel of comparable or better standard at no additional cost. I am currently at the property and this situation is seriously affecting my stay. I have photographs/videos documenting the condition of the room and the hotel and can provide them as evidence. Please do not simply refer me back to the hotel, as I have already contacted them and they have refused to resolve the issue. I booked this accommodation through Agoda based on the information and representation provided on your platform. I therefore ask Agoda to take responsibility for resolving this matter urgently.
