Each apartment has a maximum capacity for 4 adults, as it features 2 bedrooms (one of them with nest beds of 80 x 200). It also has 1 full bathroom with bathtub or shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living-dining room with Smart TV.
Located in the Alborada Residential Complex, a textile urbanisation about 150 metres from El Playazo, with lift, communal swimming pool + children's pool (open in June, July, August and September), paddle tennis court, children's playground, and underground garage. Just 200 metres away you'll find bars and restaurants, and a large supermarket and a water park less than 5 minutes by car.
There is a bus stop very close by so you can visit neighbouring towns like Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and the Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour by car.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 kWh/day is included. Excess will be charged. In case of monthly rental with discount, electricity is NOT included. 1 pet/booking is allowed. Youth groups are not accepted. Smoking inside apartments is prohibited.

Ya estuvimos el año pasado para nuestra Luna de miel y este año decidimos celebrar nuestro aniversario... Y siempre que podamos será así. Nos encanta todo. Ubicación, instalaciones, ... Lo tiene todo. Volveremos seguro.
El tema de la limpieza a nivel comunitario. Las zonas comunes en algunos sitios les falla, pero eso es problema de la comunidad no del apartamento.

De snelle service als er iets was. We hebben het appartement als zeer mooi en ruim ervaren. Voor twee personen is het prima. Voor vier personen is het ons inziens iets te krap. Wij hebben in ieder geval genoten en komen graag terug.
Wat ons betreft niets. Alles was top.
