The property was beautiful and clean. Great location

I came to visit my daughter and her children. I booked a larger suite so they could visit me. After I arrived I found out that I could not have visitors upstairs. This was very disappointing and I will not stay there again

The location of the hotel is excellent, the property has a nice pool and pool snack bar. The rooms are clean and a nice size but not without its faults. Staff are polite and helpful. My bathroom sink was blocked and after reporting it they fixed it very quickly. Hotel has a good gated, secure parking area. The beach front is alive at night with lots of people, atmosphere, ice cream parlors, cafes and restaurants etc.

The air conditioning system in the room is of little use during the day or night as it does not come close to cooling the room. I ended up sleeping with the window open. The shower screen doesn’t even touch the bath, the resulting mess was cleaned with a bath towel. Grouting on the bathroom tiles had been repaired but not wiped down leaving a mess. I’ve had better breakfasts in much cheaper hotels.

The room was good, Breakfast was not bad at all, Staff in general were very kind and polite….

The tube on the bathroom wasn’t that good, something was not working….

Location close to beach

Not worth the money at all. The AC wasn’t working for two days—they said it’s only allowed after May, which makes no sense. I had to practically beg them before they finally turned it on. Also, they are extremely stingy. They provide the smallest bottle of water possible and then tell you to buy more if you need. What’s worse, you only get that one bottle whether you stay one day or ten days. When I asked for another, they said they would “raise it to management” as if it’s a big request. Very disappointing experience overall.
