Great location, staff were lovely, rooms are big
Dragging our heavy suitcases up 15 stairs, bed was a little hard for me

Great to have two level apartment with balconies on both levels. the apartment we had was backing onto forest which was a bonus. Bed was very comfortable.
Having to shower in spa bath - difficult getting in and out with some risk of slipping. Arrived about and hour before 2.00pm but there was no reception open so had to walk up and down town before could get key.

Location was excellent, close to city centre
