The location is ideal, close to the beach but with a town-rooftop feeling. The view of the sea i limited but eventhough makes all the difference. The flat is spacious and equipped with everything you need and the wide opening to the large terrace is really something special. We had no car but the Catalina bus-station is only a few blocks away with connection to the wide spread bus net.
The do it youself passport check-in procedure was stressing even for us with normal digital knowledge but after some strugle we managed to complete it. However, I am sure that we could have got assistance from the persons with telephone numbers provided. Beds can always be discussed, my spouce found them hard but I liked them.

The apartment had everything we could need (kitchen equipment, washing machine), including beach chairs and a parasol. The location is very quiet, the beach around the corner. We were accommodated with two small children, we were all satisfied. Communication with the owner was absolutely without problems. On the contrary, we learned everything even before we had time to ask.
There is nothing we don't like.

Juan and Pepe were perfect hosts; they advised myself on everything I needed to know. I arrived with a 6 and a 9 year old and I felt prepared like a local, to show my kids around and live life on Playa Las Canteras big stylee.
I really cannot fault this gaff; the fancy coffee machine was not operational but the espresso on the hob worked and I needed some coffee as a father with 2 crazy kids, who0 loved their room and the Netflix in the evenbings.
