Fantastische, ruhige Lage, direkt am Sandstrand, Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Das Appartment besitzt 3 Terrassen, sodaß man Sonnen- und Schattenplatz wählen kann, die Liegen auf einer Terrasse sind sehr bequem. Sitzgelegenheiten auf den beiden anderen Terrassen laden zum Essen im Freien ein. Die 3 Schlafzimmer sind geräumig, die Betten sehr gut, das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und groß, die Küche enthält alles, was man braucht. Selma begrüßte uns sehr herzlich und erklärte uns alles auf englisch. Es war ein Vergnügen im Lucas House 1 zu wohnen

Traumlage Alles was man braucht
für mich kein Problem, weil ich es vorher wusste, aber vor der Tür geht die Durchgangsstrasse lang. Der Verkehr ist aber gering u Nachts ist es ruhig.

Die Lage war sehr nah am Strand, es war sauber.
Anders als erwartet gab es keine nutzbare Terrasse, sondern nur einen schmalen zu heissen Betonvorgarten an der Strasse. Man dachte bei der Buchung, eine schöne Terrasse zu bekommen. Insgesamt seelenlose Einrichtung, kühl und muffig. Aufgrund sehr hellem Strassenlicht mussten Rollos komplett geschlossen bleiben, was die Muffigkeit verstärkte.
