Personal ist einfach TOP, kümmert sich sehr um die Gäste, findet man so nicht mehr überall!!!
Frühstück war liebevoll zubereitet, Personal immer sehr aufmerksam!

Fahrradverleih (gegen Gebühr), leckere Kuchenauswahl, gutes Frühstück, nette Vermieter
Stadtrandlage, ohne Auto mind. 15 min zum Bus oder ins Zentrum. Zimmer sehr hellhörig, man hört Nachbarn schnarchen und der Nachbar hört sicher auch, wenn man den TV an- und abschaltet, weil dann so eine kleine Melodie läuft. Pool in einem Nebengebäude, man hat Zugang, muss aber Abdeckung selber bedienen.

Die Lage im Grünen.
Der Kundenservice der Managerin, schlechtes Beschwerde-Management. Direkte Zimmernachbarn haben entgegen Rauchverbot alles zu gequalmt (im gemeinsamen Vorraum und vor dem Fenster zum idyllischen Wald). Auf Ansprache weigerte sich die Managerin irgendetwas zu unternehmen. Bei Wunsch nach Reiserücktritt hat sie dies verweigert und die volle Bezahlung einbehalten. Sicher werde ich nicht mehr dort nächtigen.
