A casa em si é muito legal, confortável e muito bem localizada. A casa está muito limpa.
A rua para chegar a casa é estreita e o portão poderia ser um pouco maior, devido a rua ser estreita, um hóspede com uma caminhonete por exemplo vai ter muita dificuldade para entrar.

Uma casa ótima para família passar férias!
A casa é excelente e espaçosa, fomos em 4 adultos e 3 crianças e acomodou super bem , banheiro com chuveiro bom. Todos os utensílios de cozinha , micro-ondas, sanduicheira , panelas super limpas , churrasqueira móve,tv nos 2 quartos e na sala, wi-fi para usar . Dona Zezé nos recebeu super bem.. nos sentimos em casa realmente.
É mais uma observação, a iluminação do quarto superior achamos fraca ! Fora isso , tudo ok!

Casa excelente. deu pra acomodar 7 pessoas tranquilamente.
A única ressalva é que não é tão perto do centro de Maringa....e a rua onde fica a casa é bem estreita e com uma ladeira bem avantajada. Mas nada que n~~ao valesse ter ficado na casa.
