The property is gorgeous, so clean, serene and Venencia is a sweetheart. The rules are not crazy and security is top notch. As a group of women we felt safe

everything was superb
Only 2 suggestions are some privacy screening for the bathrooms (which the owners are working on) and improved wifi (which should in any event not be essential).

The Villa is beautiful as is on the pictures. It is spacious and is a home away from home. The yard, the lake, the plantation was just a beautiful scenic view.
The showers and toilets are dirty. We notified the helper, but she did nothing. We also told her the bedding smelt like mould, and she did nothing.
The staff is so creepy, not giving any privacy. We had a security lurking in from the windows during the day, torching us with lights at night. Helper let herself in any time without even knocking. They would walk close to the house lurking during the night. It was very uncomfortable.
We would come back again if these issues were noted and addressed with staff and a proper cleaning company is hired because the helper is not so helpful.
That lady and her family will be the downfall of this beautiful property as she is mismanaging it.
