Caminhada de 5 minutos até à praia, supermercado a 1 minuto, parqueamento para carro. Restaurantes e bares próximos, centro de Portimão a 10 minutos de carro. Ótimo para acomodar família de 6 pessoas, especialmente se tiverem crianças. Prédio com zonas comuns bem tratadas.

Mesas e cadeiras da cozinha e da varanda em mau estado, poderiam melhorar.

Large apartment, very close to the beach, parking for one car.

Apartment related (apartment owner) issues: Many plates were cracked, pots and pans were scratched, broken freezer drawer, broken blind, broken piece on the clothes rack. This does not reflect the price per night for the property and the price should be adjusted and really a refund should be issued to us. Management agency issues: Check in only possible after 4pm, check out only possible up to 10 am at the agency. On checking the property (Saturday) many issues were identified; broken plates, damaged pots, dirty sheets, dirty fridge. Later on when loading the dishwasher the entire unit fell and landed on my foot. All issues were reported with photographs via booking.com. On the Monday we were contacted by the agency and someone came to check the issues, at which point the agency representative claimed the machine could only fall out due to us pulling on the machine in spite of photo sent and finally after much discussion believed the issue. Here it is worth mentioning there is no contact numbers for assistance outside of office hours, and Sunday is a day off which is not at all helpful when the rental started on Saturday evening. We agreed that they would call us 30 minutes before attending the property to fix the dish washer. This did not happen and the agency entered the property and carried out repairs without us being present. On the Friday evening prior to departure one of the party was left stuck in the bathroom. After calling four different telephone numbers no one answered and luckily the person could finally get out of the bathroom. All points related to maintenance issues such as door closing etc etc have not been adequately managed by the managing company. Check out checks could not be completed with us being present at the property. We had to handover the keys and wait for more than 20 minutes for the checks to be completed in order to get our deposit money back.
