About this apartment rental

Charming 38 m2 T2 with its private garden of 50 m2 around a mulberry tree that you will particularly appreciate in summer. Right in the center so everything is accessible on foot (trade, port and beaches) and even if you want to use your vehicle you will have the joy of finding your private parking inside the residence accessible by a barrier secure which is a real luxury in our region. The equipment is not to be outdone: WIFI internet access, flat screen TV, modern and equipped kitchen, garden table with chairs and deckchairs. Great apartment close to the center. Within 5 minutes you are down by the habour. There are two beaches also in walking distance (10-15 minutes). The garden and private parking spot is also highly appreciated. I would definitely recommend.

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach der Beschreibung wie im Inserat. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Der Hafen und das Zentrum von Sanary sur Mer sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter, Herrn de Luca, war unkompliziert und sehr gut.

On se sent des notre arrivée comme à la maison. Avec la climatisation réversible et silencieuse , c'est vraiment agréable. Au calme, proche du centre ville. Pas besoin de voiture, et des commerces de bouche à proximité. Les transports en communs facilement accessibles. Le parking privé est un plus.

Rez-de-chaussée d’une résidence de 2 étages, on regrette juste une voisine âgée sourde qui me too sa tv trop forte et très tard! On reviendra mais avec des boules quiess, lol!

parfait ! est bien le mot qui résume l'appréciation 10/10 que nous pouvons donner à notre séjour dans cette location, du charme, du calme, très fonctionnel, le petit jardin super agréable avec ce beau mûrier, et le truc en plus, à vraiment 5 minutes à pieds du centre et du Port. La propriétaire nous met à l'aise dès notre arrivée, et l'accueil est des plus chaleureux. A recommander sans modération ++++++ hélène et René
