The host was very kind and flexible. Both the city centre and the beach are within easy walking distance. Having a private garage and driveway is a big plus. The kitchen is fairly well equipped, and the terrace overlooking the sea has a lovely atmosphere. Overall, the accommodation offers excellent value for money and is a great choice for a relaxed holiday with friends or family.

The main issue was that there was only one air-conditioning unit in the house, located in the living room, so it was difficult to cool the bedrooms properly. As a result, we had to sleep with the windows open. However, some of the rooms face a relatively busy main road, and the scooters and cars—especially in the early morning—can be quite loud. This meant that sleeping was unfortunately both rather warm and noisy. The barbecue facilities could also be improved. The small grill on the terrace was dented, rusty and had not been cleaned. Replacing it would probably require only a small investment but would make a noticeable difference. There is also a large built-in stone barbecue downstairs, but it was so dirty that we decided not to use it. With better maintenance and cleaning, the barbecue area could be a great feature of the property.

Great location and close to city center (4 mins) a to the public beach

Some of the details and house interior were old and in bad shape (electrical sockets, stuff in bathroom etc). If you have noisy neighbors upstairs you will be not able to sleep, as floor and walls are really thin.

Nice terrace with sea views and only a 5 minute walk into the town - comfortable beds and a nice living room / kitchen area. Parking spot is a bonus.

Quite basic accommodation and facilities but adequate for a short stay.

There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, the toilet was in terrible condition, the bathroom was small. The faucet and bathroom door were damaged.
