About this apartment rental
Beachfront apartment, fully equipped. It has all kinds of appliances, as well as air conditioning and heating in all rooms. The furniture is in perfect condition. The building has several common terraces overlooking the sea. Next to the property there are several free parking areas, and the access drop to the beach is in front of the building. Right next to the building there is an urban bus stop, as well as restaurants and beach bars, hence the situation is ideal

Loved the proximity to the beach. The amenities were spot on for us. The host checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed and everything was working.

We stayed in this apartment for 10 days at the end of May. This was a great find. It is located in a very nice neighbourhood literally a one-minute walk from one of the best beaches in the area, with an excellent boardwalk along the shore.
The building is very secure and quiet with a grocery store and decent restaurants a few metres away. Parking was always available right out front. The flat itself is quite large, with two bedrooms and a comfortable living room. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed.
We especially enjoyed having a TV where we could watch Netflix and Amazon Prime in English if we wanted.
Manuel, was very attentive and eager to provide excellent information about what sights not to miss in the area. He is a great host.
We have no hesitation whatsoever about recommending this apartment for an excellent stay near Cádiz.

We stayed there for a short time but Manuel was very attentive, cordial and responsive while we were there. Place was clean and welcoming, has a store below the place and places to eat at a walking distan, we definitely stay there again!!

The apartment was the prefect size for our family with two kids. Maguel was there to meet us and was quick to respond with any issues. He also gave us great advice to enjoying our stay in El Peutro de Santa Maria. There is a market and good restaurant right next to the enterancd to the apartments. The beach is also just a short walk away. You can see to ocean and Cádiz from the roof top access. The beach is amazing at sunset.
