Pokój ok, dość duży i wygodny, trochę szafek i półek, lustro, czajnik i kubek, itp. Balkon z widokiem na zieleń (współdzielony z sąsiadami - barierka rozdzielająca jest co dwa pokoje). Łazienka czysta, dość wygodna, były jakieś półeczki i wieszaki, acz bez mydła do rąk. Ogólnie ośrodek schludny i czysty, choć miejscami wyraźnie podniszczony (szafki, ściany, wykładziny). Śniadanie smaczne i urozmaicone - zmieniało się z dnia na dzień. Dobra lokalizacja - nie samo centrum, ale trzy minuty spaceru do głównej uliczki turystycznej, na plażę też blisko.

Śniadanie było droższe niż w ofercie (wg oferty 35zł ale kosztuje 40zł). Serwowane jest o konkretnej, wyznaczonej w recepcji godzinie (o 8:00 lub 9:00). Słaba izolacja akustyczna, słychać rozmowy czy chrapanie z pokoju obok. Wąskie prześcieradło bez gumki, zsuwało się w nocy podczas spania.
