The location is close to the beach. Even small children should be able to walk there. The apartment accommodated four adults and four kids quite well. The area is quiet enough since it's not right next to the busiest section of the beach boulevard. There's a bike rental shop right around the corner. Being able to collect the keys after hours is really handy.
Be advised that it's a 25 minute walk between the apartment and the office where you get the keys.
A couple of things I'd suggest to the owners. The washing machine and especially the dish washer were quite noisy - maybe invest in some quiet ones? Also, while one of the main points of the area is having a beach holiday without the excessive temperatures of the Mediterranean, you really should look into getting AC installed. The afternoon temperatures outside were only 20 - 24C, but the humidity was getting annoying in the evenings when the kids were turning in for the night.
