We left after 30 minutes when the aircon did not work, they were treating us like we were bothering them and calling us crazy ( because they claimed the aircon worked when it did not. When we sent an email to the owner- he basically berated us called us liars and told us that as clients he never dealt with any issues but only with us. RUN from this place.

Basic yet clean and centrally located small gem in Naoussa

If being centrally located and all restaurants, bars etc. need to be literally within minutes on foot, then you're in the right place. Basic accommodation, -meaning nothing luxurious in terms of ambience decoration and/or amenities-, yet clean and in a strategic location, right in the hustle and bustle of Naoussa. Very friendly and attentive personnel who is always eager to help you out with anything you might request :)

As a kind recommendation, rooms could be upgraded with black out curtains so that the daylight does not wake you up in the morning.

An expensive room in a great location but not up to the standards that the police should demand.

Size, clean, clean sheets excellent cleaning lady.

Door knob missing leaving exposed screw. Intermittent WiFi caused my kids to burn up their data. Insufficient WiFi bandwidth for the number of rooms logged in. No kettle. Drains smell in bathroom.

it was right above the most wonderful bakery! had great views, and was in a nice spot on the island!

one of our group said her room wasn’t very clean but she tends to be in her own little world with those kinds of things. the other two rooms had no complaints!

I would love to stay here again, couldn't be happier

This was a really excellent location for everything in Naussa and a short 5 minutes walk from the main bus stop to access anywhere else on the island. Right across the street from all of the great restaurants and shopping, walkable to a few beaches. Great host that was flexible and worked with us when we had sudden needs changing from our travel plans. The Bakery downstairs is open 24 hours too and has excellent food and even better dessert items

Very friendly staff, bakery bellow is great, quick and easy check in and out.

Noise outside as it's so close to town, but that's to be expected. Lighting in room was not great You cannot smoke on the balcony because of the kids centre and food in the bakery bellow.

Loved the decor in the room, great vibe. Also it is in the center of the city.

There was no one available to be at the reception, open the door, check us in or ask any questions. The lovely staff at the bakery had to leave the midst of their job and come to the rescue.

Comfortable bed, aircon worked well.

Noisy until late in the morning (03.00) from the bars opposite but this is due to the proximity of the town. The rooms are above a bakery/self service food shop so not a quiet location. I booked a room with sea view only to get a message a few hours before checking in that the room I booked wasn't available (no discount or alternative was offered).

Perfect location overlooking the new harbour, just a few metres from the old harbour. Extremely nice landlords.
