Vieta labai gera, patogioj ramioj vietoj. Švaru, šeimininkai labai malonūs žmonės. Yra kavos, indaplovė, balkonas.
Labai silpnai bėga vanduo, vienam iš dušų sudėtinga nusiprausti. Labai didelis minusas jei būnate ilgiau nei kelias dienas, kad nėra skalbimo mašinos. O skalbimas paplūdimį viešoj skalbykloj 10 eur ( čia be skalbimo priemonių) kas yra labai brangu ir dar reikia laukti ilgose eilėse.. daugiau minusų nėra.
