Muy limpio y muy cercano a la universidad ISCAP. Al centro se puede llegar por transporte público o Uber (6 euros/viaje). Colchones muy cómodos y todo muy acondicionado. El propietario tuvo la amabilidad de dejarnos la plaza de garaje interior (algo que no teníamos previsto) y, ademas, se adaptó a una petición particular que le hicimos.

A casa, o conforto das camas, a localização, o lugar de estacionamento.
Pomenores de fácil resolução mas que criam má impressão: Frigorífico quase não refresca, torradeira avariada; a limpeza da cozinha deveria ser mais cuidada, pois encontramos sujidade no lava louça e um tacho arrumado no armário que estava sujo.

everything except the location.
THIS PROPERTY IS NOT IN PORTO!!!! this party was 3/4 of a mile from the train station. The train then took 20 to 25 minutes to get into Porto. It is very misleading. This is definitely not Porto!
