Jeśli ktoś nie ma wygórowanych wymagań a lubi spokój i ciszę to ten domek powinien spełnić oczekiwania. Do sklepu 3 minuty, do plaży 10 minut. Nie ma tłumu turystów. Peroj to malutkie miasteczko, ale idealne na spokojne wakacje. Podczas pobytu mieliśmy dobry kontakt mailowy z właścicielką. Trzeba trochę przygotować się na komary, ale gdy tylko zakupiliśmy odstraszacz problem zniknął. Na tym samym placu znajduje się też drugi domek dla turystów. Uważamy wakacje za udane i na pewno wrócimy.

Die Klimaanlage ratterte und konnte nicht repariert werden. Aus dem Wasserhahn des Bidet's kam fast kein Wasser. Wurde auch nicht repariert. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und müssten erneuert werden. Die Dusch ist so schmal, dass man sich kaum bücken kann. Frau "Suzi" war bei der Übergabe nicht anwesend. Dafür wollte sie permanent eine Kopie des Personalausweises - sowas geht gar nicht. Die Frage, welche Angaben sie denn brauche, hat sie nicht beantwortet. Es gibt bessere Unterkünfte ...

Wir haben die Unterkunft für eine Woche gebucht. Das Wichtigste ist vorhanden. Was noch gebraucht wurde, wurde schnell besorgt. Suzi war per WhatsApp gut erreichbar und antwortet schnell. Für zwei Personen ist die Unterkunft ideal. Einzig das Bett / Schlafcouch könnte bald ausgetauscht werden, da es langsam durchgelegen ist.

Absoluter Geheimtipp! Süßes Haus in idyllischer Lage, sehr sauber und alles was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht ist vorhanden. Großzügige Terrasse, auf der man an auch an regnerischen Tagen Spiele spielen kann. Sehr nette Vermieterin und ein kurzer Weg zum Strand. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Das Aparment liegt gut gelegen in Peroj und man kann zum Strand spazieren. Mit dem Auto kann man innerhalb von einer halben Stunde alles südlich von Rovinj (bis in den Nationalpark im Süden) erkunden. Achtung, Google Maps kennt die Adresse des Apartments nicht! (Aber die Hausnummer daneben schon). Es war sehr sauber als wir angekommen sind, die Veranda ist wirklich schön, groß und mit Grill und Tisch ausgestattet. Generell ist das Apartment gut mit allen notwendigen Kleinigkeiten ausgestattet und mit viel Persönlichkeit eingerichtet. Uns hat es hier gut gefallen :)

bellissimo soggiorno nella deliziosa dimora tipica a Peroy, tutto bellissimo, meravigliosa la veranda con il caminetto , gentilissima la sig. Graziella, bellissime le spiagge e ottimi i ristoranti nei dintorni....che dirvi di più .... è il terzo anno che torniamo.... questo dovrebbe bastare , consigliatissimo !

Siamo stati molto contenti l'appartamento (per due persone massimo 3...po in 4 ci si può adattare) è molto carino e ben pulito e manutenuto, comodissimo il terrazzo soprattutto per noi che avevamo un cane! Il mare dista circa 400 mt e le spiagge sono molto belle e poco affollate.Un ringraziamento alla signora che ci ha accolto che è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima a tutte le nostre richieste. Personalmente l'unico neo che devo evidenziare è il divanoletto poco comodo... Ma per una settimana....ho resistito.

Siamo stati molto contenti l'appartamento (per due persone massimo 3...po in 4 ci si può anche adattare) è molto carino , ben pulito e manutenuto, comodissimo il terrazzo soprattutto per noi che avevamo un cane! Siamo stati molto contenti. Il mare, cristallino, dista circa 400 mt le spiagge sono molto belle e poco affollate.Un ringraziamento alla signora che ci he la accolto che è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima a tutte le nostre richieste. Personalmente l'unico neo che devo evidenziare è il divanoletto poco comodo... Ma per una settimana....ho resistito.

e anche quest'anno ottimo soggiorno, tutto molto curato, ottimo rapporto con il proprietario, tutto perfetto, casetta perfetta, terrazza super x ottime grigliate, noi ed il nostro cane siamo stati veramente bene,una spiaggia stupenda, ottimi ristoranti nei dintorni....che dire oltre.....la consiglio a tutti.

La casa è ben tenuta e la veranda è riservata, grande e accogliente con un bel barbecue. Il proprietario è molto disponibile a fornire consigli o indicazioni. Il paese è molto tranquillo con una grande spiaggia non affollata raggiungibile a piedi. Il wifi gratis si trova al Minor beach bar e da provare anche il ristorantino in centro aperto solo la sera, quello con le sedie e i tavoli di plastica: pochi piatti ma buoni e ad un prezzo molto contenuto. A Fazana poi c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta.

Perfekter einwöchiger Urlaub in gemütlichem und klimatisiertem Appartement mit großer Terasse. Ideal für zwei Personen. Peroj ist ein kleiner Ort, eher ruhig mit zwei netten, langen und sehr sauberen Kiesstränden, wovon der etwas weiter vom Zentrum entfernte kaum frequentiert war. Pula mit dem sehenswerten Amphitheater und dem schönen Forumsplatz ist mit dem Auto in weniger als einer Viertelstunde erreichbar. Das Amphitheater im Stile eines "Kolosseums" ist großartige Kulisse für viele Veranstaltunge wie z. B. auch das Filmfestival, welches vom 18. 7. bis 25. 7. stattfand und für das es auch noch Karten im Freiverkauf gab - war ein tolles "Freilichtkinoerlebnis" in OV mit engl. Untertiteln... Empfehlung! Und für gute Küche abseits des Mainstreams auch mal in den Reiseführern blättern und beispielsweise zu einem der "Agriturismo"-Betriebe fahren, wo alles noch aus eigener Produktion stammt und die Familie selber auch noch Koch und Köchin stellt.

Peroj è un bel paesino, tranquillo, la spiaggia è molto bella anche perchè non è affollata, a pochi kilometri ci sono Fazana, Pola e le città di Medulin e Premantura. Le persone del posto che abbiamo incontrato sono state molto gentili e disponibili, la casa è davvero bella come si vede dalle foto, con tutti i confort necessari, ben arredata e ben curata! penso che ci torneremo appena possibile!

Posto incantevole, le foto non rendono la bellezza della casa. Persone gentilissime e accoglienti. Due spiaggette vicine raggiungibili a piedi, meno bella quella con il bar. Noi siamo stati due settimane con due bimbi di 6 mesi e un cane e non potevamo trovare di meglio.

Appartamento bello, tranquillo e ben equipaggiato, la terrazza è davvero splendida con un caminetto dove abbiamo fatto ottime grigliate. La spiaggia è bella e facilmente accessibile. La proprietaria è molto gentile e parla perfettamente l'italiano. Lo consiglio a chi piace fare una vacanza tranquilla e distensiva.

Nel vicinissimo paese di Fasana si trovano buoni ristoranti, supermarket, internet point e qualche negozio. I contatti con la proprietaria sono stati estremamente cortesi e pratici, e l''accoglienza è stata gentile e addolcita da degli ottimi dolcetti! Il vicino paese di Fazana è molto carino con molti locali per mangiate di pesce a prezzi economici. Per una famigliola con bambini, come la ns., è un posto stupendo.
