Bel appartement au rez de chaussée dans une petite rue calme à Venise à 50 m d'une rue plus animée avec des restaurants et des magasins. A 15 mn de la place st Marc ou du Rialto. A proximité du Vaporetto Zacaria. Je recommande cet établissement.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It’s located in a quiet yet well-connected area, with the city’s main attractions within easy walking distance. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient. He arranged for someone to meet us in person and hand over the keys, which we appreciated. There was a small hiccup with the initial location we were sent—it was incorrect—but the person quickly corrected it. While it was a bit inconvenient to walk around with our luggage during that time, it also gave us a chance to enjoy the nearby streets, and we still arrived on time. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer complimentary coffee capsules, especially since a coffee machine is provided. Without them, the machine feels like a missed opportunity to enhance the guest experience. Overall, the apartment offers great value for money, and we would definitely recommend it to others visiting the area.

Está muy céntrico. Tiene 2 habitaciones , una más grande que la otra. Bien equipado. Pudimos hacer antes el chekin.

Los colchones se hunden, sobretodo el de la habitación más grande. Tuvimos un problema con la luz ( teníamos que movernos por la casa con lámparas) y estuvimos 1 hora al teléfono diciéndonos lo que teníamos que hacer, pero no tuvo arreglo) . No vino nadie de mantenimiento a intentar solucionarlo en persona.

Trzeba pamiętać o opłacie za late check-in po godzinie 19, co w XXI wieku jest dość zabawne, bo nie ma możliwości przekazania kluczy online, za pomocą skrzynki czy w inny zdalny sposób, jak w wielu innych apartamentach. Poza tym w apartamencie było bardzo brudno - kurz dosłownie wszędzie, zdecydowanie nie polecam alergikom. Łóżko w sypialni uszkodzone, brudna podłoga, włosy po poprzednich gościach pozostawione w bidecie, niedziałające drzwi od prysznica, które mogą komuś spaść na stopy, oraz pleśń w łazience.
