About this villa rental

Le Prioura is a beautifully situated country house, with a main house and a separate guest house with a total of 10-12 beds and four bathrooms. It is located on a plot of six acres with stunning views of Mont Ventoux, it has a landscaped garden, a large swimming pool (6 × 12 meters), a pool house and several terraces. The house is at the end of a private drive at the foot of the Luberon nature reserve. 3 km away is the picturesque village Menebes, with shops and restaurants. Marseille airport is within an hour, as hetTGV- Avignon train station.

The main house comprises:
- 3 double rooms
- two bathrooms with bath / shower and toilet
- large kitchen and living room with fireplace
- separate toilet
- utility room with washing machine

The guesthous includes:
- living room / kitchen annex
- two spacious double bedrooms
- two bathrooms

Second second séjour dans cette très agréable propriété au calme, nichée au pied du Luberon. Petit souci de piscine, vraisemblablement dû aux conditions météorologiques difficiles, qui a permis d'apprécier le contact avec les propriétaires qui ont fait leur possible pour résoudre, à distance, le problème. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Anwesen ist grossartig und geräumig und liegt eigentlich in einem privaten kleinen Tal, eingebettet in Wald und Feld. Absolute Ruhe, Frühstück draussen unter Zedern mit herrlichem Ausblick auf den Mont Ventoux, Erholung pur am grossen Pool, Apéro und eine Runde Boule bei Sonnenuntergang - was will man mehr! Das Haus ist perfekt mit viel Stauraum für alles, die Schlafzimmer sind grosszügig und luftig hoch, Badezimmer ok und Küche mit grossem Extrakühlschrank ebenso. Das Gästehaus ist charmant - unser Freunde haben es genossen. Auch bei Regen kein Problem, denn es hat einen gedeckten Sitzplatz mit grossem Esstisch - von hier Blick auf den Hof und über die Olivenbäume hinüber zum Waldrand. Wir kommen wieder!

Très beau séjour dans cette maison que l'on sent avoir une âme, être habitée aussi par les propriétaires et pas seulement un lieu de location. Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'endroit, la vaste propriété, l'absence de voisins, le cachet provençal de la maison et de son annexe. L'endroit est parfait pour deux familles, très bien équipé avec de la vaisselle en suffisance et des ingrédients de base pour la cuisine. Le contact avec les propriétaires est très bon et des solutions ont été trouvées avec élégance par ceux-ci lorsqu'il y avait un petit problème. La piscine est agréable, même si nous aurions apprécié un peu plus de zones d'ombre à proximité vu la chaleur caniculaire que nous avons connue. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

C'est avec grand regret que nous avons du quitter ce merveilleux lieu de villégiature au terme d'un séjour idyllique de 3 semaines. À l'abri du mistral, au calme sans être isolé, ce mas jouit d'une superbe vue sur le Mont Ventoux et Gordes. Sa situation au pied du petit Luberon permet de faire de belles randonnées ou de visiter les beaux villages aux alentours comme Ménerbes, Lacoste, Bonnieux et Goult. D'une propreté impeccable et très bien équipées, ces deux maisons offrent la possibilité de vivre collectivement, quelques soient les conditions climatiques. La piscine à l'écart est très agréable. Voilà une location dans laquelle nous aurons plaisir à revenir un jour.

Rustig gelegen, mooi uitzicht op de Mont Ventoux, groot zwembad, veel ruimte om het huis voor voetballen, jeu de boule, pingpingtafel aanwezig. Veel terrasmogelijkheden en zitjes in zon of schaduw, dichtbij aantrekkelijke dorpen en markten, zoals Menerbes, Gordes, Bonnieux en Roussillon. Binnen een uur in Avignon, Aix,Marseille ,St.Remy en Aix. Wandelmogelijkheden in de montagne du Luberon . Goede restaurants in de buurt, kortom, wij hebben genoten..

Très belle et agréable maison située au bout d'un chemin. Tranquillité garantie et sans aucun voisin. Plusieurs terrasses couvertes et découverte dont une avec une magnifique vue le mont Ventoux. Au pied du village de Ménerbes, la maison est très proche de tous les autres jolis villages (Lacoste, Bonnieux, Opède, ...). Beaucoup d'espace pour jouer tout autour de la maison et une piscine protégée en contre bas de la maison avec son salon abrité du soleil. Cette maison avec ces 2 bâtiments est idéale pour 2 familles.
