About this apartment rental
Our one bedroom air-conditioned apartment is located at the Top of the Old Town in Albufeira. Ideally located for all tastes with Fisherman’s Beach just a 2 minute walk and the bars, restaurants and shops within 300m - the apartment is set within the Bay View complex which has a large swimming pool, children’s splash pool and relaxing garden area. The apartment has floor to ceiling windows all with a sea views and a balcony where you can relax in private.
Bay View Algarve has free secure private WiFi access.
Please note that from 21 May 2024 the Municipality of Albufeira introduced a nightly Tourist Tax which is payable by all guests over the age of 13 at 2€ per night for a maximum of 7 nights. A QR code for payment will be sent prior to your arrival to collect the tax payment.
Bay View Algarve is registered with Alojamento Local/AL (permission to rent the property or Rental Licence) meaning our guests can be assured that we comply to all required health & safety regulations.

Wonderful place, perfect for our stay in Albufiera. We were very comfortable and Gail is a great host. Short walk to many restaurants, shopping and the cutest bakery for breakfast!

Apartment was ideal for my daughter and me. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and lots of restaurants, bars and shops.Lovely balcony with a sea view for morning coffee. Gail the owner was very helpful and quick to reply to any queries. Although close to nightlife if you want it the apartment was quiet and the bed comfy.

Simple but nice. Good value. Stores and beach close by. Noisy at night if you are a light sleeper and a faint odor from the bathroom. Great host!

Sehr sauber und die Lage ist super, genauso wie beschrieben. Alles in der Nähe.
Es war keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden (war auch in der Ausstattung nicht angegeben), haben diese aber dann am darauffolgenden Tag bekommen. Leider sind die Pfannen nicht mehr zu benutzen.
Was uns den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr unangenehm gemacht hat, war der sehr unangenehme Geruch. Das war wirklich widerlich. Wir haben dies gleich am ersten Tag reklamiert, leider wurde nichts dagegen unternommen "we know about the Problem, it goes on and off, we are working on it"...hat uns den Aufenthalt schon ziemlich vermiest.
