Casa Fiorita is a large apartment located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house in the center of Cannobio. Just 5 minutes on foot you can reach the public beach and the beautiful lakefront where there are bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. The furnished apartment has a living space of approximately 120 m². The outdoor area consists of a terrace and a large 500 m² private garden. A free internet connection is available. Furthermore, it is possible to use a covered garage (for one car) inside the property.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Roberto lief super. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr sauber! Die Lage ist super zentral, alles kann zu Fuß erledigt werden. Das Grundstück ist zu allen Seiten abgeschlossen, so dass die Kinder wunderbar draußen spielen konnten.

Die Wohnung war ideal, zentral, sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider ist, auch nach vollständiger Bezahlung, leider nur über das Portal möglich, was bei unserer Anreise leider zum Problem führte da teilweise kein Netz, niemand erreichbar, Rückmeldung erst nach Stunden.

Ciao Roberto und Familie, wir haben uns in der großen Ferienwohnung, die sehr sauber und gepflegt wird einen wunderschönen Urlaub, auch der große Garten ist toll, Platz genug(was hier nur fehlt ist eine Außenbeleuchtung)Die Ausstattung der gesamten Wohung ist sehr gut, in der Küche fehlte nix, die Lage ins Zentrum und zum Badestrand sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen, Roberto und seine Familie waren immer sehr hilfsbereit, grazie mille! Just perfect

This was one of the best or more: the best apartment we’ve ever booked. Spacious, clean, stylish. Located right in the center: 5 minutes walk to the lake and 2 minutes to shopping street. In the same time very quiet. A small but terrific food market on Thursdays right on the corner. Beautiful big garden and a wonderful baker in 3 minutes walk. The kitchen had anything one Can need and even more. Roberto and his daughter Alessia are so friendly and helpful- we never missed anything: from advice where to go till solving any problems occured. Our family had a wonderful unforgettable vacation in Italy thanks to Roberto and his family!

Aufgrund eben dieser sehr guten Bewertungen haben wir gebucht. Der Vermieter ist freundlich aber die Kommunikation mit ihm war auf das nötigste beschränkt und ist verbesserungswürdig. Nachfragen nach guten Restaurants und zur Strandnähe (fußläufig 15 Min) nicht informativ. Insgesamt okay, aber für uns nicht wiederholungsbedürftig.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem sehr gemütlichen Haus verbracht, wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom See, Altstadt und gute Einkaufsmöglicheiten entfernt. Roberto hat sich als sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber erwiesen, was unser Aufenthalt umso angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir würden das Ferienhaus gerne weiterempfehlen und jederzeit mit Freude zurückkehren.

The house was in a perfect location, only a few steps away from the lake and the center. Roberto was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed staying in Cannobio at Roberto's house.

Mooi ruim huis op centrale locatie met prachtig onderhouden tuin. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Veel ramen met fijne luiken. Afvalscheiding is zeer goed mogelijk. Er waren voldoende stoelen in de tuin, maar iets comfortabelere stoelen zou aangenaam zijn. WiFi aanwezig, maar alleen in de woonkamer. Veel restaurants en een leuke boulevard op loopafstand. Supermarkt om de hoek. Afgesloten garage In de kelder te gebruiken waardoor de auto koel en veilig staat. We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad met 4 volwassenen.

das Haus liegt im Ortszentrum, Bäcker, Supermarkt, viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Strandpromenade in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung (das komplette EG des Hauses) war sehr gut ausgestattet (mit allem was wir benötigt haben). Der komplett umzäunte Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und sehr gepflegt - hier gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegestühle und nach Wunsch auch Schattenplätze. Die Vermieter die im Haus wohnen waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unsere beiden Hunde und wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
