Rooms exceptionally roomy, high quality linen and comfortable.
Nice dinner at reasonable price.
Excellent location just before Nata on the main road.
Swimming pool was in state of neglect and the outside of the buildings need some paint and renovation (not necessarily a major issue since the inside of the rooms are nice and clean)

Clean rooms and Friendly staff.
The common areas are run down, dirty, broken. Let go or forgotten about, spider webs and the pool is non functional.
