Div. Instandstellungen nötig, z.B. schliesst Aussentüre nicht richtig, beim WC läuft Spülung durch etc. Leider fast alles Dinge, welche in den früheren Bewertungen auch schon bemängelt wurden, scheinbar liegt den Eigentümern nichts daran, dies zu verbessern. Schade
