Apartments Argemonia

The apartment is in general very comfortable and cozy. It is designed very well estetically (functionality a bit questionable). Kitchen is perfectly equipped and few first hand ingredients are available (e.g. coffee, oil, salt). The kitchen exhaust fan is amazing and the smell from cooking doesn't spread throughout the apartment. Basic toiletries available. The most meaningful extra for me was the available bike. Although located very central - I didn't find noise from neighborhood bars disturbing.

The air-condition is not positioned well for the space - the lower space is nicely cooled, but the sleeping area never gets cooled - the heat is unbearable for sleep (coming from person usually not disturbed by the heat). Sleeping on the couch is much more comfortable (and highly recommended!), but that beats the point of having the very nice loft and paying the high price for the apartment :( Lack of few tiny details that could make the apartment much more functional (e.g. hooks and a shelf at the entrance area, (larger) mirror with functional positioning, cushions for the chairs, more hooks in the bathroom, renewing the bathroom sink)

Decor inside was lovely & especially loved the roof terrace with sea & city views. Very comfortable & able to dine up there too. Very helpful hosts & parking included plus bikes included in rental of apartment was a bonus for getting around.

La colazione non era inclusa. L'appartamento si trova in uno stabile vecchio sito in centro.

Contrariamente alla foto indicata nel depliant l'appartamento in questione non ha viste panoramiche e tanto meno terrazze in quanto sito al primo piano di uno stabile a due piani più un belvedere, con tre finestre prive di panorama, con vista su mura di abitazioni vicine , due affacciantesi su muro di casa vicina a meno di un metro di distanza, l'altra aperta su cortile interno chiuso con visibilità di mura e tubi di scarico pluviali. La terrazza indicata è sita al terzo piano dell'abitazione con rampa di scale pericolose. Il posto auto riservato è sito a 200 metri di distanza dall'appartamento. Per lo scarico/carico bagagli ci sono alcune difficoltà logistiche.

Odlicno opremljeno, puno lepih detalja, sve je nekako unikatno i vidi se da je ulozeno u opremanje. Parking odma kod Lidla, garaza. Host odlican.
