Splendid views from this charming and quiet house, which is lovingly decorated and cosy!

The house is a bit tricky to find. It is off the main road through a very narrow passageway/archway (which only small cars can pass). The owners were easy to reach on the phone, but it is advisable to contact them or ask for detailed descriptions beforehand. There is also a free, large car park 5 minutes walk from the house, if you cannot manage the passageway.

- Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick auf den Gardasee - San Zeno bietet einen angenehmen Kontrast zum Übertourismus in Garda und anderen direkt am See gelegenen Orten - Geräumiger Wohnraum

- Fensterläden und Aussentür können geöffnet nicht verankert werden, so dass sie bei Wind (wir hatten heftige Gewitter) ständig schlagen. Absolutes Ärgernis! Auch kommt durch die ständig zufallenden Läden kein Licht in die Räume. - Entgegen dem Prospekt gibt es keinen Balkon was die schöne Lage de facto entwertet. - Schlechte Lichtverhältnisse am Morgen. Frühstücken in der Küche ist ziemlich trostlos, vor allem bei schönem Wetter. - Schimmelgeruch fällt beim Betreten der Wohnung sofort auf. - Durch die 3 Wohnebenen ist man ständig am Treppenlaufen was den Aufenthalt unkommod macht. - Kühlschrank-Kompressor extrem laut und läuft immer. Nachts selbst bei geschlossener Küchentür vernehmbar. - Abzug und Licht über dem Herd sind tot. - Die Extensions des Küchentischs sind nutzlos da sie nicht arretiert werden können. - Kaffeemaschinenkanne nicht gesäubert - Lärm der Bauarbeiten im Haus gegenüber werden verstärkt durch die U-form des Innenhofs. - Gartenzugang nur über Aussentreppe. Der untere (kleinere) Teil des Gartens ist ungepflegt.
