Lokalizacja (blisko dworca PKP), cicha okolica, lodówka w pokoju oraz wygodne łóżko.
Pomieszczenie na parterze jest dosyć chłodne i wilgotne (w deszczowe dni). Prysznic jest dosyć ciasny. Ponadto, w pokoju brak było suszarki do włosów.
