The nice man at Reception carried my bag up 3 flights of stairs to my room (there is no lift) and later helped me to get wifi to work on my laptop in my room. The room was small and the bathroom was even smaller but both were functional and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located within a 10 min walk of the train station and another 10 mins to the old town. Recommended, particularly for the price.

I asked for a quiet room so being allocated a room right beside a wooden spiral staircase was not so quiet. The air conditioner was set to go off after 30 mins (?) but could be turned on again. Essential in this heat wave!

Breakfast was super. Full.

The room was too small, for two person

Very convenient location just 10 mins walk from the main station (Toulouse-Matabiau) towards the city centre. Also conveniently located across the street from a laundromat if you need to do laundry. Very low prices which is great for budget travelling. Air-conditioning in the room worked perfectly well. The staff weren't the most friendly but they were helpful when I had problems, e.g. with my key card.

Single room was really tiny with barely any space to walk around. Very poor insulation so I could hear every footstep in the hallway. Key card kept malfunctioning. Staff could be friendlier and more welcoming.
