Its distance from the Pula airport is just a little over 10 kilometers, and from the nearest beach less than 4. The town has a shop and a restaurant just a walk away. Villa is surrounded by greenery, flowers and famous Istrian olive trees. It offers everything needed for a vacation: relaxation for the parents, fun for their kids. This villa is newly built, and its modern facilities, furniture and details match nicely with its traditional way of building giving it a special charm. Besides the pleasant ambient, the experience is completed with an irresistible view of the Brijuni archipelago.

Positiv: -Gute Lage: Pula, Rovinj sowie auch die Anfahrt des Hauses sind besonders hervorzuheben, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar - Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet, Küchenausstattung ok, schöner Pool - Sehr sauber Negativ: -Melita war bei Ankunft um 16.00 Uhr nicht da. Es wurde uns lediglich ein Schlüssel hinterlegt, keinerlei Einweisung - zu wenig Sonnenschirme, auf Nachfrage wurde uns jedoch ein weiterer zur Verfügung gestellt - Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden, wurde aber auf Nachfrage "nachgeliefert" - Fensterläden waren teilweise defekt bzw. nicht vorhanden, wodurch Nachbarn ins Badezimmer schauen könnten - Das Haus verfügt über eine Alarmanlage, welche um 7:00 Uhr morgens grundlos losging. Melita und der Servicetechniker mussten kommen - Zu wenig Handtücher, Waschmaschine war jedoch vorhanden - Klopapier war nicht vorhanden Insgesamt aber eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern.

Insgesamt waren wir mit der Villa Roko zufrieden. Sie liegt super und ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Aufgrund des Preises sollte man davon ausgehen, dass alles perfekt ist. Der Pool ist riesig und wurde mehrmals in unserer Anwesenheit gereinigt, Es gibt einen großen Sonnenschirm, der Schatten spendet und die überdachte Terrasse und der super Grill laden zum Zusammensitzen ein. Im Haus gibt es hochwertige Elektrogeräte wie z.B. Waschmaschine und auch einen Trockner, Herd und Backofen, einen riesigen Kühlschrank und vieles mehr. Allerdings gibt es auch ein paar Kritikpunkte. Vor einigen wichtigen Fenstern in Bad und Toilette gibt es keine Möglichkeit sich vor fremden Blicken zu schützen, das sollte dringend behoben werden, denn ein wenig Privatsphäre braucht jeder. Leider gibt es auch keine Fliegengitter, was dringend nötig gewesen wäre. Defekte Fensterläden und Türen sollten eigentlich vor der nächsten Vermietung repariert werden und eine zerrissene Plastiktischdecke auf dem großen Terrassentisch wäre leicht auszutauschen gewesen. Dennoch war Melita, die Verwalterin immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

Nachdem wir von Melita herzlich empfangen wurden haben wir uns direkt in der gut ausgestatteten und sehr weitläufigen Ferienvilla wohl gefühlt. Sowohl die Räumlichkeiten als auch die Außenanlage sind wirklich hervorragend angelegt. Es sind genügend Sitzplätze sowieso Poolliegen in sehr guter Qualität für alle Bewohner vorhanden. Leider konnten wir aufgrund des überwiegend schlechten Wetters den Pool nicht richtig nutzen. Ein Grund wieder zu kommen!

Wir waren mit 13 Personen (6 Erwachsene + 7 Kinder) für 15 Tage in diesem Haus. Es ist sehr großräumig, modern und sauber. Uns hat dieses Haus wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein angrenzendes Bad plus ein zusätzliches "Gäste-WC" im EG, wirklich top! Auch ist das Haus ausreichend für 13 Personen ausgestattet, uns hat es kaum an etwas gefehlt. Zu erwähnen ist, das ein Schlafzimmer außerhalb des Haupthauses liegt, zwar angrenzend am Haus, jedoch nur von außen zugänglich. Am meisten hat uns der tolle Blick aufs Meer und die Stadt Pula gefallen. Abends funkeln die Lichter in der Ferne und es wirklich ein sehr schöner Ausblick. Auch waren die Vermieter sehr bemüht allen Belangen gerecht zu werden, vielen Dank an dieser Stelle. Wir können dieses Haus wirklich sehr weiterempfehlen!

Tolle Unterkunft! Top modern mit hohem Qualitätsstandard. Napoleon Grill, Miele Küchengeräte, etc. Von daheim ist man nichts besseres gewohnt. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Küchenutensilien, für alles ist gesorgt. Wie im Hotel. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Dusche/Bad. Man kommt sich also nie ins Gehege. Wir waren mit fünf Parteien dort und das hat super geklappt. Wir hatten viele Kinder dabei, die speziell den riesigen Garten und den riesigen Pool geliebt haben. Der wurde übrigens innerhalb unsere Woche dort zwei mal professionell gereinigt wurde. Genügend Stühle, Liegen, etc. für 14 Personen. Sehr ruhig gelegen, man hat faktisch nur einen Nachbarn und der ist auch weit genug weg. Man hat also absolut seine Ruhe und ist trotzdem in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto in Fazana am Strand. Nach Pula sind es 15 Minuten. Der Konsum ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen sicher wieder!

We spent 6 days/5 nights in the house. 2 families, one from Germany and one from USA. Melita was a huge help with all our questions. All very much enjoyed the house, pool (cold but refreshing) and garden. Very good location for car drivers, as it is just a few km from Pula, the coast and about 20 mins from Ravinj. Very clean and new and modern. Huge amount of private space, even for teenagers. Two of our favorites in the house were the two big tables for playing games. Each sat at least 10 people. If anyone has time and interest, we had a great time at Glavani Park with the kids. The owner, Nigel, was fantastic.
