1 bedroom with twin beds and the couch converts to a Bed with a Drawer Bed on Wheels underneath the Couch.
Swimming pool just outside the front door and bedroom window of the apartment.
Private shops, restaurants within the Marina and Beach only at 200 mt from apartment. Praia Da Rocha streets and shops, bars located 700 metres from this privately secured complex.
Towels and bed linen provided. Regular maid service just including cleaning and change linens every week.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. The rooftop deck was absolutely amazing. The only thing that would have made it exceptional, especially for long stays, 28 days or more, would be to have a bigger fridge and more storage space.

The location and surrounding outdoors spaces are fantastic. The terrace upstairs was a wonderful place to unwind on a sunny day. Svetlana greeted us on arrival and was lovely to deal with. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. We loved the secure underground parking, the proximity to the boardwalk and beach, yet quiet and peaceful. This was our 5th winter in the Algarve, so we are well aware that dwellings can be very cold and feel damp. Most of these rentals are built with hot summer months in mind. This apartment would be a blessing in July with its northern exposure and shaded terrace. That said, warm slippers and extra sweaters are a must during the winter and early spring.

Kitchen space was cramped with no space to store food other than the fridge. The room did smell a bit of mold or mildew so we left the bathroom fan run continuously which helped somewhat. The resort is quite beautiful, the location excellent and the on site parking is very convenient and secure. Overall decent value for the money. A heated pool would be really great as we stayed in November.
