Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, que ce soit au niveau de la réception ou du petit-déjeuner. J'ai rarement vu un personnel aussi dévoué au bien-être de leurs clients et aussi souriant. L'endroit est propre, la piscine est super et très proche du bassin. Il a été aussi très agréable de trouver un endroit où l'on accepte encore les chiens. Notre petit chien a été également super bien accueilli.
La dame qui nous a accueilli au petit déjeuner ne doit rien changer à son accueil qui a été irréprochable et aux petits soins cependant trouver des produits laitiers et des fruits aurait été un petit plus .

Situation géographique excellente. Piscine impeccable. Période sans trop de monde donc pas de gêne dans le bâtiment ni à la piscine. Facilité de stationnement. Notre chambre avec balcon vue sur Bassin.
Période de canicule et donc chaleur d'enfer dans l'appartement sans possibilité de faire des courants d'air, en particulier la nuit. Utilisation d'un ventilateur fourni par l'établissement mais très bruillant... Attention, pas de clim.

La situation, malgré l'éloignement du centre ville.
La literie: une horreur. L'eau qui reste froide et qui devient tiédasse au bout de 15 mn. Le linge de lit à louer. Odeur de renfermé même en laissant 4 jours ouvert.
